We are an independent and democratic organization of gig and platform workers, representing the voices of millions engaged in food delivery, cab services, logistics, freelancing, and domestic work through digital platforms. We strongly believe that these workers form the backbone of the modern economy and protecting their rights is essential.

Our mission is to challenge the perception of gig workers as merely “temporary labor.” Instead, we aim to bring them into a united labor movement where their work is recognized with dignity, and they are provided with equal opportunities in a safe and secure working environment.

We are committed to ensuring that gig workers receive respect, rights, and social security. We believe that only when every worker is valued fairly for their contribution can true justice and equality be established in society.

हम गिग और प्लेटफॉर्म वर्कर्स का एक स्वतंत्र और लोकतांत्रिक संगठन हैं, जो हर उस श्रमिक की आवाज़ को मज़बूती से उठाता है, जो डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म्स जैसे फूड डिलीवरी, कैब सर्विस, लॉजिस्टिक्स, फ्रीलांसिंग और घरेलू सेवाओं में कार्यरत हैं। हमारा विश्वास है कि ये सभी कामगार आधुनिक अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ हैं और इनके अधिकारों की सुरक्षा अनिवार्य है।

हमारा उद्देश्य गिग वर्कर्स को केवल “अस्थायी श्रमिक” मानने की सोच को बदलना है। इसके बजाय, हम उन्हें एक संगठित मज़दूर आंदोलन का हिस्सा बनाना चाहते हैं, जहाँ उनकी मेहनत को उचित सम्मान मिले और वे समान अवसरों के साथ एक सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण का लाभ उठा सकें।

हम निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं कि गिग वर्कर्स को सम्मान, अधिकार और सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्राप्त हो। हमारा मानना है कि जब हर श्रमिक को उसकी मेहनत का सही मूल्य मिलेगा, तभी समाज में सच्चा न्याय और समानता स्थापित होगी।
